Haha, that's actually from an awesome Canadian comedy called "The Red Green Show". I'm sorry to say it isn't in fact real Latin. Wise words though.
How about "Aut Perfice, Aut Discede"; "Either Achieve or Get Out"?
You could also add "manet sors tertia mori" loosely translated this means "the third option is death."
