This makes no sense whatsoever, but it is brilliant. The people behind the video, Pleix have a portfolio with a range of ideas splattered in movement.

Striped Swimtrunked Sweety
These are a few of Leah Tinari's painted gems. Her inspiration comes from photographs that have been discarded.
There is a beauty in all things that have been left behind. Even if you don't think so.
Southbank Art
Every couple of months the Graffiti on the Southbank changes. I wonder if one could just stroll along, doodle with some cans without getting arrested. Hmm.

Chinese New Year Gifts!
On my way out, I found a lovely big envelope that sailed all the way from Asia. I got a nifty gift from my friend, Yi-Ying in Taiwan. I got a Tutelary God :D
A tutelary spirit or patron deity serves as the guardian of, or an entity to watch over and protect, a particular site, person kinda like Athena in Greek Mythology. This one comes out during Chinese Halloween and is the bouncer of Ghosts :D.
The detail is just insane. The folding wasn't too difficult but best crafted by small dexterous fingers.
Oi Chengister, please weigh in on this when the sun isn't shining so brightly in San Fran.

Sketchbook Endeavours
Alright, here are few sections of my sketchbooks that I've kept for almost two years now. Lots of the pages are of discussions, meetings and brainstorm sessions I've had with my team, Sugar as Salt. Videos are to follow :D
She stole my Korma, Oh no.
This is curtsy of Miss Radina Partrick of Tree Forest Studios. It's a t-shirt design for Mr. N. Followill of Kings of Leon.

Forging ahead!
Hopefully I'll have the above tag every time I get into contact with new work and clients. A few ideas and doors were opened on Thursday before we got into the swing of our talk.
My tutor Damian Chapman (of UCA fame) told us that we should pitch an idea to Dragons Den, even if we get creamed by our judges panel, the exposure is just insane. I think if it were to happen I could get a few sponsorships before appearing on the show. That's something to work on for the upcoming year.
Future thought: Agencies are looking for small teams of 3/4 to do temp work, kinda like the 'work share' phenomenon that has spread across India and the Middle East.

Good the second time around
On Thursday, Shao-Lyn and I are going back to uni to give students a talk about our final project that revolved around The Co-operative. One third of our team is missing, Miss Yi-Ying Chen, who was an instrumental part of our project and many revelations.

Work in progress
I'm working on a mini postcard. This is a super rough draft (watch me send this), Inspiration?
Well, I had a back2back Grendizer Session last night (a.k.a as Mazinger in the States).. and I'm sure there is no doubt that a few battle scenes were in my subconscience whilst doodling. I also think there's a bit of Takashi Murakami in there as well.. hmm.

Backsies. (ie. I'm back in business!) Kinda.
Just as I was about to launch my updated website my Mac's Hard Drive died, taking with it all the java discoveries, messy/useful first drafts and an odd song or two. Since then, I've been knee deep in corrupted files but alas, nothing that a shortened to-do list can't comb through. Now, I'm a few clicks away from launching my website.
Side Dish:
If someone's desk shows the current state of mind, here's a snapshot of my desktop, a to-do list and a photo I'd taken during a holiday in Salalah, Oman.
